Cape Studies has started the wonderful initiative of bringing fitness and wellness to our school and share healthy living tips with students.
Our first yoga class took place on the 26th of April. Please see Simone for upcoming dates. Yoga is a great exercise:
1. It is a great workout.
2. Improves your sleep, breathing and posture.
3. Develops mental and physical strength.
